2. Account Registration & Security

To open an account with 0 be, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each user may operate only one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. We may request additional documents for identity verification at any time and reserve the right to restrict the account until verification is complete.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and must comply with applicable minimum and maximum limits. Deposits are only accepted through registered payment methods, and deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process, and withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process is not complete. Involvement in money laundering or fraudulent activity will result in permanent account closure and applicable legal action.

4. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

Exploiting any technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform, using bots or automated software, and engaging in fraudulent collusion with other users are strictly prohibited. If a user is found to be involved in such activities, their account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited. Copying, modifying, or redistributing the platform's content, design, or software is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of the 0 be brand name or logo will result in legal action. All users are requested to maintain respectful conduct toward other members and to refrain from sending harassing or offensive messages.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

From time to time, 0 be offers various bonuses and promotional offers, each with their own specific terms and wagering requirements. It is each user's responsibility to read the relevant terms and conditions carefully before accepting any bonus. Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in all bonuses being voided and the account may be closed. 0 be reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time.
